Project Overview:
This project involved designing a mobile application for managing workplace burnout and stress. The app is intended for individuals working in high-stress jobs, providing tools and assessments to help them manage and reduce stress levels effectively.
Design Process:
The project began with wireframes provided by the client, an industry-leading expert in workplace burnout and stress management. The client's existing process was complex and needed to be presented in a simplified manner to ensure ease of use and engagement. I redesigned the user experience to guide users seamlessly through assessments and stress management tools, making the process intuitive and non-overwhelming.

Challenges:
One of the main challenges was de-compiling and composing the assessments and tools in a user-friendly way. The goal was to make the app feel welcoming and easy to navigate, providing guidance that was helpful but not intrusive. By presenting the process and tools in a modular and connected way, I reduced the need for extensive daily data input from users, making the app more user-friendly.

Key Features:
- Stress and Burnout Assessments: Users can take assessments to understand their current stress and burnout levels.
- Journaling: Track positive and negative events to help users reflect on their experiences.
- Guided Exercises and Meditations: Tools to help users manage stress and promote relaxation.
- Workplace Stress Tools: Practical tools for dealing with workplace stress and preventing burnout.
- Lifestyle Tracking: Users can track factors such as exercise, nutrition, and sleep to maintain a balanced lifestyle.

Collaboration:
Throughout the project, I worked closely with the client to ensure that the app's user experience aligned with the proprietary process that had been successfully used in a non-digital format. The collaboration aimed to scale this individual process into a digital format, providing the same level of guidance and support to a broader audience.
Corporate Dashboard Web View
In addition to the mobile app, a corporate reporting dashboard was designed for company admins and executives to onboard employees into the system and monitor the stress and burnout scores of their company as a whole and at departmental levels viewing aggregated anonymized data.
